PDC Capacity Building Series #04 – Role and activities of the Rating Officer

The PDC Capacity Building Series is a series of 45-minute webinars introduced in December 2023 by the FIDE Planning and Development Commission. The objective of each interactive session is to cover a selected topic related to governance, technical skills, FIDE processes, etc. so that participants from Chess Organisations may benefit from it to strengthen they are leading.
